Who runs this
Iniquire CRM, at iniquirecrm.shop, is provided by the operator of this website. These terms are between that operator and the business that signs up — not between the operator and that business's own customers.
Your data is yours
A business that signs up owns the customer information it enters — names, phone numbers, orders, bills. We store it and act on it only to run the service for that business. We do not sell it, and we do not share one business's customer data with another business.
We only send messages you ask us to send
Messages to a customer — a status update, a bill, a reminder — go out because the business took an action that triggers them (creating an order, marking it ready, and so on), not on our own initiative. WhatsApp delivery specifically requires the business to connect a CustomerPro account; the status and bill links themselves work for every business regardless, and can always be shared by hand.
No uptime promise, not yet
This is a new product. We work to keep it running, but at this stage we do not promise a specific level of uptime or guarantee the service will be available without interruption.
Accounts that break the law
An account used to break the law, or to message people who never gave the business their number in the first place, can be suspended or closed.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continuing to use Iniquire CRM after an update means you accept the current version.
